You agree to notify Thedu Matrimony immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during the registration process ("Registration Data") and to promptly update your Registration Data to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information may result in the suspension or termination of your account without notice. Thedu Matrimony does not conduct background checks or verify the information provided by users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for conducting your own due diligence.

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Service (e.g., profile information, photos, messages). However, you grant Thedu Matrimony a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: • Harassment, stalking, abuse, defamation, or threatening behavior towards other users or Thedu Matrimony staff. • Posting false, misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate information in your profile or communications. • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. • Transmitting spam, chain letters, junk mail, or any other form of unsolicited communications. • Using the Service for any commercial purposes, including solicitation, advertising, or promoting services or products without prior written consent. • Soliciting money, gifts, or financial assistance from other users for any reason. • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service. • Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or any other malicious code. • Engaging in any activity that violates the privacy rights of others, including collecting or sharing personal information without consent. • Posting content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. Thedu Matrimony reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor interactions between users and to remove any content or suspend/terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior towards other users. • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information. • Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications. • Using the Service for commercial solicitation. • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service and interaction with other users is entirely at your own risk. Thedu Matrimony does not screen users, conduct background checks, verify user-provided information, or guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or character of its users. No Warranties: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Thedu Matrimony does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Explicit Disclaimers Regarding User Conduct and Information: Thedu Matrimony explicitly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for: • The conduct, actions, or inactions (online or offline) of any user of the Service. • Any form of financial loss, scam, fraud, or deception perpetrated by users met through the Service. • The authenticity, accuracy, honesty, or completeness of user profiles and any information provided by users. • Any emotional distress, harassment, or harm resulting from interactions with other users. • Any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your reliance on information or content posted on the Service. • Any disputes between you and other users. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thedu Matrimony, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. In no event shall Thedu Matrimony's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid Thedu Matrimony, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim or eight thousand Indian Rupees (INR ₹8,000), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thedu Matrimony, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
